About Me.

My name is Dagmara Głowacka Toscano de Brito and since 2017 I have been professionally associated with Shenzhen - a leading global technology hub. Knowledge of the Chinese language and many years of stay in China allowed me to establish myself as an expert in business development and build a dense network, especially in the field of hi-tech. As a legal representative and executive director of the Chinese branch of the largest distributor of electronic components in Eastern Europe (over 800,000 products), I built and managed a team of Chinese specialists, creating the foundations of the business and ensuring further development in the field of marketing, sales, logistics, accounting and legal issues, product offer, HR and e-commerce.

 

- I accurately identify business trends in China and create business strategies based on them. I effectively manage the Chinese team, constantly improving sales results on the Chinese market, while maintaining consistency in the implementation of global HQ guidelines and establishing business relationships with foreign partners.
